Below is the complete breakdown of delivery timelines—no surprises, no fine print.
HOW OUR PRODUCTION WORKS
We don't manufacture thousands of garments in advance and store them in warehouses. Instead, we produce in small, focused runs based on what people are actually ordering.
This approach eliminates waste and prevents overproduction. It also means delivery takes longer than brands operating on speculation and excess inventory.
We're transparent about that trade-off. Quality and intention over speed.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
All timelines below include processing + shipping to your door.
OVERSIZED HOODIES AND OVERSIZED T-SHIRTS
Our most technical garments, requiring specialized heavyweight organic cotton and recycled polyester blends.
Core Colors (Black/White/Navy):
- USA: 7–10 Business Days
- Canada: 10–12 Business Days
- UK: 5–7 Business Days
- Europe: 5–9 Business Days
- Australia/NZ: 20–30 Business Days
Specialized Colors (Sand, Bone, C.Blue):
- USA: 8–12 Business Days
- Canada: 15–18 Business Days
- UK: 5–8 Business Days
- Europe: 10–20 Business Days
- Australia/NZ: 25–30 Business Days
Why the difference? Specialized colors like Sand, Bone, and Carolina Blue are produced in smaller batches at specific facilities. They require additional time but deliver unique tones worth the wait.

For regions where we don't yet have local production partners, orders ship from our nearest international hub.

Note on Customs Fees: Depending on what you order and where it's produced, your package may cross international borders before reaching you—even if you're ordering domestically. Local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are separate from shipping costs. We have no control over these charges, but we're transparent about the possibility.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Multiple Items, Different Timelines If your order includes items from different categories—for example, a Standard Fit Black Hoodie and a Performance Jersey—they may arrive in separate packages. We ship each item as it's completed rather than holding your entire order.
You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment after processing time (2–5 days).
Specialized Colors Take Longer Colors like Bone and Sand are produced in smaller batches at specific facilities. If time-sensitive delivery matters, we recommend choosing core colors (Black, White, Navy) for faster turnaround.
Business Days All timelines reflect business days (Monday–Friday) and are estimates based on current production capacity.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why does Bone take longer to ship to Canada? While our Black and Navy fabrics are stocked at multiple facilities, specialized colors like Bone are produced at specific workshops. We prioritize honesty about timelines over false promises of speed.
Can I track my order? Yes. Your order will be processed within 2–5 days, after which you'll receive tracking information showing it's on the way.
What if I need it faster? We can't expedite production timelines, but we're always transparent about what's realistic. Contact us before ordering if timing is critical.
