How Our Production Works
We do not manufacture thousands of garments in advance and store them in warehouses. Instead, we produce in smaller, focused runs based on real orders.
This helps reduce waste and prevents overproduction. It also means delivery can take longer than brands that rely on bulk inventory and constant overstock.
We prefer to be upfront about that trade-off. We choose quality and intention over speed.

Our most technical garments, requiring specialized
heavyweight organic cotton and recycled polyester blends.

Note on Customs Fees:
Depending on what you order and where it is produced, your package may cross international borders before reaching you, even if you are ordering from within your region. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are separate from shipping costs. We do not control them, but we want you to be aware of the possibility.
What to Expect
Multiple Items, Different Timelines
If your order includes items from different categories, such as a Standard Fit hoodie and a Performance Jersey, they may arrive in separate packages. We ship each item as soon as it is ready rather than holding your entire order.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment once processing is complete. Processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days.
Specialized Colors Take Longer
Colors like Bone and Sand are produced in smaller batches at specific facilities. If delivery timing matters, we recommend choosing core colors like Black, White, or Navy for a faster turnaround, inshaAllah.

estimates based on current production capacity.

Why does Bone take longer to ship to Canada?
While our Black and Navy fabrics are stocked at multiple facilities,
specialized colors like Bone are produced at specific workshops. We prioritize
honesty about timelines over false promises of speed.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your item ships.
What if I need it faster?
We cannot rush production timelines, but we can help you choose options with faster turnaround. If timing is important, feel free to contact us before ordering.
